Black Light Council is a South African Black Metal Band. Maintaining an almost non-existent online presence since forming in 2001 but the time has come for the council to rise. Join us in our quest to find the darkness and become one with the council. In a time long past, the council sought the darkness. A quest noticed by the eternally rotting. To prevent the darkness from falling into the council’s hands, a plan was made to stop them. Now the council must once more rise up and take what is theirs.
